Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every visit. As a licensed Ontario cannabis retailer, we follow OCS returning policies and requirements. 


Return Window


All return requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, with your original receipt and. Returns must be brought back to the store where you bought the product.


What We Can Take Back


Items must be unused, with original packaging, labelling, and the excise stamp intact. We're happy to help with:


  • Unopened products in their original condition
  • Incorrect items if we made a mistake with your order


Manufacturer Defects


We'll exchange the following within 24 hours of purchase (original receipt and packaging required):


  • Vape cartridges with a manufacturer defect or damage found on first use. Moderately or heavily used cartridges aren't eligible.
  • Flower or pre-rolls if mold is found in the product
  • Pre-rolls that are broken or missing when you first open the package.


Final Sale


For health and safety reasons, the following can't be returned:


  • Opened products or any item with a broken excise stamp (except the defects listed above)
  • Edibles and beverages
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Used accessories or accessories with opened packaging
  • Returns based on personal taste or effect


Refunds


Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
